Below is a listing of lost cats who have strayed from their home and now their families need your help to get them home.  If you have found a cat there's a chance that its owner has posted contact information here. 

Please note that Houston SPCA does not have information about these cats.  This site is only offered as a tool for our constituents who need help in finding a lost pet. If you wish to file a lost/found report with the Houston SPCA, you must come to the shelter in person.  We advise visiting all local shelters that accept strays at least every other day as you search for your lost pet.

All postings must be approved before being published.  It is very important that you fill out the forms completely and (this is very important) be sure to include a way for people to contact you. Failure to do so may result in your posting being delayed. If no contact information is provided, we will post your e-mail address.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your story to be visible on our website.

Postings will be automatically unpublished after 28 days and ad posters will need to re-post their ad if necessary.  Also, if you have reunited with a lost or found pet please contact us so we can remove your ad.

Warning! Sometimes unfriendly citizens use these types of websites to prey on people.  Houston SPCA urges you to use caution if you are contacted by someone claiming to have found your pet and asks you for a reward in exchange for the animal.  This is a common con and should be reported to your local law enforcement.

I have a black and white tuxedo, approx 3 years old. We rescued him when he was only about a week old. His one distinguishing feature is that he only has his right eye and his left socket is sutured. He was born that way. He is very affectionate.
