Found Female Lab
She was almost hit by a car by Bissonnet and Renwick, then followed a guy into a store, after which she was shooed out. I picked her up there. She didn't have a collar and I took her to a friend to scan for a microchip, but she didn't have one.
She is sweet and doesn't seem aggressive toward small or big dogs. She's friendly with every person she's met so far and just wants love. I was told that she's probably older. Maybe 5-6 because of the tartar build up and she has a skin tag on her elbow. She also has callouses on her elbows. She might be a mix, I'm not sure.
