Can you help?

I have found an amazingly sweet black lab who seems to have had puppies already because her stomach is not tight but also looks dry out of milk but I could be wrong. I'm assuming because my dog had puppies and her stomach looked like that afterwards. I found this sweetheart roaming around the flea market on airport blvd and 45 Gulf Freeway Houston Tx. She also has tiny circles of missing hair around her ears and face but only a little. It's not severe. She did not have a collar on either. I also apologize for not posting up a picture but this hasn't been letting me after so mant tries.

I also have two little terriers who are not so comfortable with her and she keeps chasing off my cat so I really hope this ad will make it's way to her family soon.
