The Houston SPCA is having a feline fiesta this weekend and you are invited. We won’t have sombreros, salsa dancers or a mariachi band, but we will have some sassy felines that are ready to find true love. From Friday, May 4th through, Sunday, May 6th, approved adopters will be able to take home any feline 5 months and older for just $5 during our Cinco de Meow celebration. Hurry in because this purrfect special takes place this weekend only!
You can save a life and gain a friend this weekend when you choose the adoption option at the Houston SPCA. Normal adoption fees for felines range anywhere from $45 to $75 dollars at the Houston SPCA, and the entire adoption package is valued at over $400. To make sure that your new feline friend goes home with his/her best paw forward, each cat or kitten receives the following:
A health evaluation, initial vaccinations and rabies vaccinations for felines three months and older
Spay / neuter surgery
Deworming
Microchipping with free lifetime registration
A complimentary overall wellness examination from VCA Animal Hospitals
One free bag of cat / kitten food courtesy of Hill’s Science Diet
And, of course, a fantastic feline friend for life!
